I. Platinum Sponsorship Package – 2 sponsors:
There are only two platinum packages available and the package is the premiere sponsorship opportunity, giving your brand maximum exposure in our pre-event marketing activities; event communication materials and post-event marketing follow up. With this package, every targeted attendee and actual attendee will see your company and brand numerous times. The package includes the following marketing elements:

V. Exhibition Stand
In addition to the Sponsorship Packages at the Summit, there will be an opportunity for companies to showcase their products and services in the exhibition room. The exhibits will be open during the scheduled breaks of the conference and the room is located on the floor above the general session in the hotel. The room will also host the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, so attendees will be encouraged to attend the exhibitions. There will be no more than an estimated 20 exhibitors in the exhibit room.
Exhibition stands will be 3m x 2m each and include the following:
- 1 Table and 2 chairs
- Carpeting
- “Octanorm” walling system, which is a combination of white laminated hardboard panels supported by white aluminium bars and rods.
- Company name to be printed onto black vinyl using standard letters 12cm high and attached to a fascia board that will run along the top of the stand.
- Lighting: 1-300W-halogen spotlight for each 3sqm area.
- 1 main fuse box for each stand that comes with a 1000W-220V socket
- One attendee to staff the stand. This is not a full conference pass.
Exhibitors may bring collateral and giveaways to their stand to handout to attendees. They may also bring pop-up tabletop displays or other banners to decorate their stand.
The exhibitors may start working on their stands the day before the conference. All exhibits must be completed by 5:00 pm on June 27th. The door to the exhibit hall will be locked at the end of each day, starting with the night before the conference. All equipment, collateral, giveaways and banners must be removed by 7:30 pm on June 29th.
The cost of an exhibition space is $3,000.
